# Nguồn lead

Lead được tạo từ các kênh:

* Kênh data đổ về tự động: Landing page, Số missed (KH gọi nhỡ)
* Kênh data nhập tay: Hotline (KH gọi trực tiếp từ tổng đài), Pancake (inbox và comment), Live Stream, CSKH, Zalo 
* Kênh data tạo từ hệ thống: (system) CRM

Để thêm/ cập nhật nguồn lead (kênh): Vào Thuộc tính >> Lead Center >> Kênh bán hàng
