# Cập nhật vận đơn

* Trạng thái vận đơn:
  * Chờ lấy hàng: hiển thị đơn hàng đã được tạo phiếu xuất, phiếu giao hàng
  * Đang giao hàng: hiển thị đơn hàng đã được xác nhận (quét mã) phiếu xuất và ra khỏi kho
  * Chờ giao lại
  * Đang hoàn
  * Đã hoàn
  * Giao thành công
  * Đã huỷ
  * Thất lạc
* Trạng thái vận đơn của Giao hàng nhanh, Bưu điện (VNPost) và Thương mại điện tử sẽ được tự động đồng bộ theo trạng thái vận chuyển của đơn vị thứ ba.
* Trạng thái vận đơn là Grab, Lalamove, Viettel Post, Khác sẽ được cập nhật thủ công theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Vào Vận chuyển >> Trạng thái >> Tất cả phiếu giao hàng. Chọn đơn hàng muốn cập nhật trạng thái vận chuyển.

Bước 2: Nhấn vào icon <img src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/5_yOKRh3G-uFs7mzxTKo6cyoNIEr1u8Ioa_Mput2ORr-eP7qhOCMwarp9JYC0JScxBwNgR9IyeFRMd4c2mq4COsgC9nmxmS0Gexn58vd3lg8cw4Rp3Xa-VfKUCsUF_AmZy7_jayqPAJwBgC4ICoO0Bg" alt="" data-size="line"> và chọn trạng thái vận đơn, thu hộ. Đối với trạng thái “Giao thành công”, tiếp tục chọn Ngày hoàn thành. Sau đó nhấn nút Cập nhật.

Đối với các đơn hàng giao Giao hàng nhanh, Bưu điện khi hệ thống bên thứ ba cập nhật muộn/ không chính xác, để chủ động theo dõi trạng thái vận đơn chính xác hơn, có thể thao tác cập nhật thủ công như trên.
